Korean Beef Bowl Recipe

Because you can never have too many quick and simple meals, here is yet another. This Korean Beef Bowl recipe is a delicious, budget friendly ground beef meal. It can be eaten over rice or in a lettuce wrap. This meal can easily be prepared in 15 minutes. It's perfect for those nights you are short on time or simply don't have the energy to cook.

Korean Beef Bowls


3 garlic cloves minced

1 lb ground beef

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Green onions sliced

Sesame seeds (optional)


1. Brown beef in pan with garlic

2. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, oil, ginger, red pepper, and black pepper in a bowl.

3. Once beef is browned, stir in mixture.

4. Scoop beef over prepared rice or into a lettuce wrap. Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
