3 garlic cloves minced
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Green onions sliced
Sesame seeds (optional)
1. Brown beef in pan with garlic
2. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, oil, ginger, red pepper, and black pepper in a bowl.
3. Once beef is browned, stir in mixture.
4. Scoop beef over prepared rice or into a lettuce wrap. Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
