Game Day Meatballs

We prefer our meatballs served in a toasted hoagie roll with marinara sauce and a slice of melted cheese, but they can also be served over noodles or zoodles (if you are being carb conscious). Super Bowl Sunday is this weekend, and these are often on our game day menu.




INGREDIENTS:

1 LB of Ground Beef

1/4 cup of bread crumbs (or cracker crumbs)

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup diced onion

1 egg

1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic power

salt & pepper to taste

shredded parmesan cheese (optional)


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Shape into 1" meatballs.

  4. Place on baking tray.

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

  6. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
